8 Evidence Based Programs

These eight Evidence-Based Programs (EBPs) were specifically designed for older adults (typically age 65+) to improve strength, balance, and flexibility while reducing fall risk and supporting independence. These programs have been rigorously tested in studies and are recognized by organizations such as the CDC, National Council on Aging (NCOA), and the Administration for Community Living.
